Today the class had a medium pace for cardio. Only 3 people were present but we got the job done efficiently. Start technique with basic jabs driving forwar and moving backwards. Then moved on to jabbing then shooting and jabbing and sprawling. Next on the agenda was basic bag work, straight jab to a shot on the bag. Then to a 1-2 combo to a sprawl. this continues repeatedly for 2 minutes with a 30 second rest. Next round was non stop attack using whatever weapons you can use properly, 2 minutes on with a 30 seconds for rest. We then went through the guard posistion into the guillatine into a sweep. then arm bar from the mount. We drilled til the class was complete.
